House rules

Please review these rules before booking. They protect our guests, neighbours and apartments and form part of every confirmed reservation.

Check-in and checkout

Check-in is from 2:00 PM.
Checkout is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late checkout require advance approval and may carry an additional charge.
Unauthorised overstay may be charged at ₹1,000 per hour.

Guest verification

Valid government ID is required for every staying guest, front and back.
Foreign nationals must provide a passport and valid visa.
Minors are allowed only when staying with their parents.
Local Bathinda IDs are not accepted for booking.

Registered guests only

Only guests included in the confirmed reservation may enter or stay.
Visitors require prior written approval from the host.
An unapproved visitor may attract a ₹2,000 per-person charge and cancellation of the stay without refund.
Overnight visitors must be added to the booking and may carry additional charges.

Respect the society

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
Parties, loud music, indecent behaviour and disturbance to neighbours are not allowed.
Do not use tape, glue or decorations that may damage walls or furniture.
The apartment is inside a gated family society; society rules must be followed.

Smoking, pets and property care

Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or rule violations.
Switch off lights, air conditioners and fans when leaving. Keep Wi-Fi powered on for smart devices.

Deliveries and services

Delivery personnel are not allowed inside the society; collect all deliveries at the main gate.
Housekeeping is available on request and may be chargeable.
Guests may be asked to step out briefly while housekeeping is completed.
Contact the host if you need assistance with the smart lock or apartment access.

Parking

Use only the parking space shared for your apartment.
Vehicle details may be requested before arrival.
If the reserved space is occupied, send a photo to the host instead of parking in another resident’s space.

Acceptance of rules

Completing a booking confirms acceptance of these house rules. A serious violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund, removal from the property and recovery of applicable charges or damages.
