Booking acceptance
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from Bathinda Stays. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate guest and contact information.

Please read these terms with our House Rules, Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy before completing a booking.
Guest verification
Valid government ID is required for every staying guest. Foreign nationals must provide passport and valid visa details. Only registered and approved guests may access the apartment.
Rates and payments
Rates depend on dates, guest count and length of stay. Any applicable tax, extra-guest charge, approved early check-in, late checkout, housekeeping or damage charge is payable in addition to the displayed accommodation amount.
Cancellation and changes
Confirmed direct bookings are non-refundable except where our Cancellation & Refund Policy expressly provides otherwise. Date changes are subject to availability and written approval.
Use of the property
Guests must follow the House Rules, society rules and host instructions. Parties, unauthorised visitors, illegal activity, disturbance, property misuse and damage are prohibited.
Access and checkout
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM unless approved otherwise. Smart-lock details are confidential and must not be shared with an unregistered person.
Damage and additional charges
The booking guest is responsible for damage, loss, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorised visitors, rule violations and overstays caused by anyone in the booking party.
Platform bookings
A reservation made through Airbnb or another booking platform is also governed by that platform's displayed terms, cancellation policy and payment process.
