This policy explains what information we collect and how it supports secure direct bookings and guest stays.
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, booking dates, guest count, government ID details, payment reference, vehicle details and messages you send us. Profile photos and account details are collected only when you choose to provide them.
We use guest information to check availability, process and manage bookings, verify guests, communicate stay instructions, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain records and comply with legal or society requirements.
Online payments are processed through our payment-gateway provider. Bathinda Stays does not store your complete card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
Information may be shared only as necessary with payment, email, hosting, authentication or property-operation providers, or when required by law. We do not sell guest personal information.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Records are retained only for legitimate booking, accounting, safety or legal purposes and are then removed or anonymised where appropriate.
You may ask us to correct your contact or profile information, or request deletion where retention is not legally or operationally required. Contact bookings@bathindastays.com.
